These are CrefaIO’s Terms of Use, and they apply to all users of the CrefaIO platform. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to CrefaIO. By using CrefaIO, you agree to these terms and to the other policies we post, including the Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions. 1. About CrefaIO

CrefaIO is an account-based platform that provides access to digital tools, content, and subscription-based services. Access to certain features may require registration or an active subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least:

  • the minimum age required by applicable law

to use CrefaIO.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • keep your account credentials secure

  • notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Third-Party Account Connections

CrefaIO may allow you to connect third-party accounts such as Discord, Patreon, or other supported services.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize CrefaIO to access limited information from that service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time.

CrefaIO is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Paddle or Patreon. Billing terms, renewals, refunds, and taxes are governed by the payment provider’s policies in addition to these Terms.

CrefaIO does not store full payment card details.

6. Access and Entitlements

Your subscription or account status determines what content, tools, or features you can access.

We may:

  • grant, modify, or revoke access

  • suspend features for maintenance or security reasons

  • change available features over time

Access rights are personal and non-transferable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

  • interfere with platform security or integrity

  • abuse rate limits or automated systems

  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials provided by CrefaIO are owned by or licensed to CrefaIO and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law or explicitly authorized.

9. Discord Integration

If you connect Discord to your CrefaIO account, certain features may depend on Discord APIs, bots, or server roles.

CrefaIO is not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by Discord. Disconnecting Discord may affect access to Discord-based features.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • your account poses a security or legal risk

  • required by law or regulatory obligation

Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrefaIO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrefaIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

CrefaIO’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CrefaIO in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
