CrefaIO provides access to both free and subscription-based content and services.

Some content and features are publicly available, while others require an active paid subscription based on the selected plan. Pricing, billing cycle, and applicable taxes are displayed clearly before checkout.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions grant access to member-only content, tools, or features for the duration of the selected billing period.

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by our authorized payment providers, including Paddle and Patreon, which may act as the Merchant of Record depending on the purchase method.

CrefaIO does not store full payment card details.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• your CrefaIO account settings, or

• the customer portal provided by the payment provider used at checkout

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments, except as required by law or handled by the payment provider’s refund policy.

Changes to Pricing

We may update pricing, plans, or available features from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated.
