Refund Policy

This Refund Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service, explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through CrefaIO.


Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

All purchases made on CrefaIO are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for:

  • payment processing

  • tax calculation and collection

  • invoicing

  • refunds and chargebacks

CrefaIO does not process payments or issue refunds directly.


Refund Window

In accordance with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws, customers are generally entitled to a minimum 14-day refund period, where applicable.

Refund requests must be submitted within this period using:

  • the refund options provided at the time of purchase, or

  • Paddle’s official support channels


Refund Processing

All refund requests are handled and processed exclusively by Paddle in accordance with:

  • Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms

  • applicable consumer protection laws

CrefaIO does not have access to full payment details and does not directly handle refund transactions.


Refund Eligibility and Decisions

Refund eligibility, approval, and processing are determined solely by Paddle based on:

  • Paddle’s policies

  • the nature of the purchase

  • applicable legal requirements

CrefaIO cannot approve, deny, override, or make exceptions to Paddle’s refund decisions.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Any chargebacks, payment disputes, or billing inquiries must be submitted directly to Paddle. Paddle will manage such disputes in accordance with their policies and legal obligations.
